Description
The British Tank Corps are based at Royal Armored Corps, Bovington. This is also the home of the Tank Museum. The Tank Museum is home to some 300 tanks, roughly 200 of them on display.
This is an amazing museum. The bulk of the tanks are displayed indoors, with a small number outdoors. There is also a 'boneyard' with a few unrestored vehicles.
Indoors there are separate display halls displaying tans from WW I, WW II, the Cold war etc. Also on display are armored cars from all eras. This museum takes the better part of a day to walk around.
This 172 page fixed-layout book captures all the vehicles on display.
